Taking pleasure in cold-brewed tea
 
To extract the flavours, cold brew tea is brewed slowly over time. The flavours settle to the bottom of the glass bottle over time. Before pouring, shake the bottle.
Try 15 g tea leaves in 750 ml of water.
 
The time required for extraction varies according to the type of tea leaves used. Please adjust the brewing time to your preference. Brewing for at least 6 hours results in a richer flavour.
